The quote request form on this site asks for your name, your facility or organization, a work email address, a phone number, and details about the equipment you need repaired. You may also add a free-text description of the failure and, where the form allows it, photographs of the device.

Everything on that form is submitted by you. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for payment details through this website.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is requested, including the IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and to understand which pages are being read.

If website analytics are enabled in future, aggregate traffic measurement may be added. Any such measurement would be used to understand page performance, not to identify individual visitors.

How Long We Keep It

Quote requests that do not lead to a repair are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, and are then deleted.

Records connected to work we actually performed are kept longer, because a repair history on a device is useful to your facility and because business records have to be retained for accounting purposes.

Security

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to the information is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, and we ask that you avoid sending anything sensitive that a repair quote does not require.

Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to serve pages and to keep the contact form working. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
