Pick your equipment
Choose the Endoscopy Equipment Repair You Need
Eight service lines that cover almost everything that fails in an endoscopy suite, an OR, and a sterile processing department.
One Vendor for Every Type of Surgical Scope Repair
Most departments do not have a single equipment problem. GI is running colonoscopes and gastroscopes several days a week, the OR is putting rigid telescopes through steam sterilization, urology is going through flexible ureteroscopes faster than anyone budgets for, and somewhere there is a drawer of light cables nobody has tested in a year.
Splitting that across separate vendors creates separate paperwork, separate schedules, and separate answers to the same question. We take flexible endoscopes and rigid telescopes on the same account, along with the camera heads, couplers, and cables that fail beside them.
That matters more than it sounds. A dim image gets blamed on the scope far more often than it should, when the real fault is a light cable that has lost half its fibers. One vendor looking at the whole chain is how that gets caught instead of repeated.
How Our Endoscope Repair Process Protects Your Schedule
Every device is evaluated before it is quoted. For a flexible scope that means a leak test, channel patency, articulation range, and image assessment. For a rigid telescope it means optical inspection through the relay, autoclave seal integrity, and shaft straightness. We write down what we find, including the things nobody asked about.
The quote comes back itemized, so you can separate the work that puts the device back in rotation from the work that would extend its life. Plenty of departments approve the first and defer the second, and that is a sound decision when you can see both in front of you.
If a device is not worth repairing, we say so. A scope with a compromised working channel and a history of fluid invasion is often better retired than rebuilt. You can read the bench sequence in detail on our repair protocol page.
Medical Scope Repair Services Priced Before the Work Begins
The number that hurts is rarely the invoice. It is the case that gets moved, the set that comes up short, and the reprocessing tech who has to explain why a device came back from the OR in a condition nobody wants to document.
We are independent, which means we are not selling you an exchange program and we are not quoting from a fixed price list built around one manufacturer. We service equipment from Olympus, Karl Storz, Stryker, and every other major name in the OR, including platforms the original maker has stopped supporting.
If you already know the failure, start from the symptom instead. A device that will not hold pressure belongs on the leak testing and leak repair page, and a tip that will not reach full deflection belongs on the angulation and steering cable page.
